PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH OLGA!!! This woman is BAD for business! We found out less than two weeks after booking and paying $1800 with Olga, my father figure has terminal cancer. We canceled the wedding as he was marrying us at his home in August. She refused a refund and to reschedule. She claimed to be completely booked out for the remaining year!!! Later discovering that was a lie. We provided his test results, photos of him in the hospital bed, and what he used to look like. She said it wasn’t good enough! Her lack of empathy and compassion for people with cancer is disheartening. Cancer is hard enough and we’ve been stress even more. She told me “don’t be so emotional, you have to move on with your life and get married. My grandmother had cancer and we got married.” Is this a person you want to do business with. Please take the time to look at other vendors to work with. This account is my experience and review with Olga’s Rustic Rentals.
