Julian’s Pâtisserie and Café has recently opened up our second location in Roseville called Pastry Nouveau and is ran by Co-Owner Bailey Hall. Chef Julian has been a pastry chef his entire adult life and has had the opportunity to work on cruise ships as well as in some of the top hotels in Las Vegas. In 2016 he returned to his hometown of Folsom to pursue his lifelong dream of opening his own shop! In Folsom we serve freshly made sweet and savory Crepes, European style breakfast pastries, sandwiches, specialty coffees, and desserts. We make everything with extra attention to detail and love into every bite. All our doughs are made with imported butter and baked fresh just minutes before we open our doors every day. Join us daily in Folsom and Tues-Sun in Roseville. Whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, a quick snack and a coffee, or weekend brunch we are here for you.
