At a relatively young age, I developed gut problems and autoimmune symptoms, and I didn't get relief or answers from my many visits to Doctors. And this is where I started my journey of learning how to help the body correct and heal itself.

After getting my degree and resolving my gut and autoimmune issues, I started my practice to help others with their gut health using nutrition and functional medicine. Through the past 25 years, my practice has focused on helping people with autoimmune issues, anxiety, depression, weight loss, and hormone balancing, using a root cause approach. Our medical massage therapist and acupuncturist have served our community for many years.
