Customer service is: Truly listening and caring about your clients.

Most memorable experience as an entrepreneur: The first time I saw all our benches in use at one time. It was a moment of “OK, this really is going to be good.”

First job: I worked as a behavioral therapist with autistic children.

Favorite food: It’s a tie between salmon, bacon, and homemade paleo pizza.

Favorite local restaurant: Vibe Health Bar. They make good, clean food.

Last big purchase: Lightweight backpacking chairs and a pack for a long-mileage trek through Montana and Wyoming.

When not working, you can be found: On the trails or on the sand; I’m a trail runner and avid hiker.

Favorite local event: The California International Marathon. It's always a fun time, whether you're running it or a spectator.
