In no particular order...

What would summer be without peaches? Savor the taste with a Royal Stoli Flush at The  Snooty Frog in Cameron Park. This winning cocktail is comprised of Stoli Vodka, peach Schnapps, cranberry juice and fresh lime juice—all shaken and strained into a rocks-filled, sugar-rimmed glass. Delish!

For something unexpected but soon to be your go-to summer cocktail, Bricks Eats & Drinks mixes a fantastic Strawberry Cha Cha with muddled sweet strawberries, Maestro Dobel Tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime, and just a hint of Sriracha...that’s right, Sriracha!

“One of the best things about brunch is having an excuse to order alcohol before noon. My favorite is the Bloody Mary from California Kitchen. It boasts the perfect amount of spice, creaminess and sustenance with the assortment of pickled goodies. Try it with a perfectly crisp piece of bacon, too!” 530-622-7500

“Not only will the Bourbon Ginger Smash at The Independent Restaurant and Bar get you smashed (after a couple), but its blend of bourbon, orange-infused cognac, fresh mint, lemon and house-made ginger syrup makes it buzz-worthy in so many other ways too.”

The Golden Cadillac, originally created in 1952 at the recently remodeled and reopened Poor Red’s Bar-B-Q, tastes like a vanilla shake—with booze to boot. What could be better on a hot summer’s day?”
