As we spring in to this beautiful season, we invite you to join the Placer County Master Gardeners' indoor/outdoor GARDEN FAIRE, April 13 at Maidu Community Center, Roseville. Visit and experience all things gardening–and the Art Alley, sponsored by Arts Council of Placer County.

This free, educational event will be a fun outing for the whole family. Everyone from beginner gardeners to longtime gardening fanatics will find something of interest. There will be a Lorax themed children’s area complete with Truffula Trees decor, crafts, games and lots of fun.

Representatives from local organizations focused on gardening and the environment will be represented along with vendors who will display their garden related products for sale. Master Gardeners will be there to answer gardening questions. 

Several local plant nurseries will offer their plants for sale and door prizes will be presented throughout the day. Hands-on demonstrations and talks by experts will provide in-depth examination of specific topics.

New this year, the Arts Council of Placer County will be hosting local artists and galleries with displays of garden related art.

The event is sponsored by the City of Roseville Environmental Utilities.
