Mixed Media Art Exploration for Women Veterans

Join us for a fun workshop focusing on a variety of different mixed media art techniques! You will enjoy building up your creative confidence by learning skills in color combinations, mark making, composition and mixed media techniques such as layering, stamps, different adhesives, etc. Open to all women veterans, this workshop will offer a brief introduction to the therapeutic benefits of creating art lead by Gloria Rill before exploring different art materials and creative prompts for projects on paper and canvas with Deidre Trudeau. All skill levels welcome. All instruction and art materials will be provided. Attendees are welcome to bring their own ephemera collage materials if they wish to incorporate them into their work.

Saturday, February 1st from 11:30am – 4:30pm

Space is limited to 18 participants. Free for Women Veterans. Please complete online registration below to reserve your seat.
