A Workout for Moms
Mom time is a new kind of workout for Moms.
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Mom of 2, and Owner of KrickFit, Meghan Krick leads this small group through a fun and total body workout focusing on strength, endurance, balance and peace.
Choose from a once a week or twice a week packages with an optional ad-on of 30 minutes of Yoga & Meditation.
Classes begin Sept. 10th @ 9am
