Drop by any Saturday at 10:00am for a free guided tour to learn about the Nisenan Maidu culture. On the trail, you will see petroglyphs over 5,000 years old, hundreds of bedrock mortars, and native plants and animals. Inside the museum you will see artifacts, traditional basketry and original Indigenous art. If you have a group of 10 or more, you can reserve a private Group tour. Group tours are great for family, friends, scouts, clubs, or home school groups. For younger audiences, special needs groups, or for people with physical limitations, book our one hour Combo Tour.
