First crafted more than a decade ago as gifts to the delight of clients, family and friends.

Now it's available at her Chocolate and Dessert Shop, The Chocolate Architect in Folsom, California.

Chocolate silk is made in-house daily, by hand, with care and love infused into a wide variety of seasonal favorites which highlight a renaissance of texture and flavor for which it is known, and available with curated wine and beer pairings...in the stop or to-go!
