I started with an order of Potstickers. The verdict? Perfectly crisp and flavorsome with a delicious dipping sauce. Win. For the main course, I opted for NY Steak. The entrée arrived with a sufficient serving of juicy steak, grilled veggies, and fried rice (steamed rice was also an option). Eat it as-is or punch up the flavor, and fun factor, with their signature sauce. Other protein options include chicken, salmon, shrimp, scallops, tofu, and even lobster—all accompanied by grilled veggies and rice. You can even double (or triple!) up and go with the “Surf & Turf,” “Chicken & Steak,” “Steak & Lobster,” or “Hibachi Trio.” For those counting carbs who may not want rice, they also serve salads, which include the protein of your choice, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and a zesty ginger sauce. Other popular picks? The Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, Ninja Noodles, and Hibachi Burrito (found on their—shush!—”secret menu”)—featuring a huge tortilla full of steak, chicken, rice, and house sauce. With a welcoming ambiance and mouthwatering, made-to-order food at modest price points, Hibachi Town is a must-try (again and again) restaurant.
