Services or products you offer: We’re a winery that produces bottled wine for local retail shops and restaurants. We hope to have a tasting room at some point, but periodically pour our wines at Myka Estates in Placerville.

What you enjoy most about your profession: The artistic expression I’m able to bring to winemaking.

Fun fact about your company: We’re a small family-owned winery.

You started your business, because: Great wine should be affordable and fun.

Customer service is: Everything. If we don’t connect with people, we won’t have a business.

Most memorable experience as an entrepreneur: Designing my own wine label and seeing the first wine I labeled with it; it’s when the dream became a reality.

First job: A roofer; I prefer winemaking!

Favorite food: Mexican.

Favorite local restaurant: My kids love Shoestring, and my wife and I enjoy Allez!

Last big purchase: A mountain bike.

Favorite small business: Solid Ground Brewing.

When not working, you can be found: In the mountains.

You love living here, because: There are so many great outdoor areas to explore.
