Graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, owner Nikki Ozawa began her career as a cast member at Epcot in Walt Disney World and later opened Baker & A Black Cat.  Nikki’s passion for baking and her unique personal touches have led to her appearing on Style Me Pretty, Wedding Chicks, and Hey Wedding Lady; as well as being named one of the Top Ten Wedding Cake Bakers in the Greater Sacramento area.
