Carol Heape & Liz Heape-Caldwell

Beginning as a one person office in 1988 Carol Heape envisioned a company where older adults and their families could find help. Now 34 years later Elder Options, Inc. led by Elizabeth Heape Caldwell, COO/V.P. has grown to serve clients throughout the Sacramento Region with many services and programs.  Care Managers help in identifying what’s available, costs & how it can help. A large home care component allows individuals the ability to remain at home with trained, reliable help. Contracts with CA DHCS, Alta Regional Center, M.S. Society, EDC HHS and Veterans’ Administration (VA) further enhance services to clients.
