INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 oz. Buendia Blanco Tequila
2 oz. Grand Marnier
2 oz. lime juice
2 oz. coconut water
2 oz. canned coconut milk
1 1/2 oz. coconut cream
1 1/2 oz. coconut rum
Rosemary sprig, to garnish
Fresh cranberries, to garnish

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz. Fleurette Gin
¾ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. lemon juice
1 egg white
2 drops orange blossom water
Champagne, to top
Maraschino cherry, to garnish

Boozy Bourbon Eggnog

 

INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. Eggnog
2 oz. Wheel House California Bourbon
Nutmeg, to garnish
Cinnamon stick, to garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients
in a glass and stir.
Garnish with nutmeg
and a cinnamon stick.


Pumpkin Old Fashioned

Pumpkin Old Fashioned

 

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz. Legado Straight Rye Whiskey
½ oz. Grand Marnier
2 tbsp. pumpkin purée
Dash of aromatic bitters (preferably orange)
Orange wheel, to garnish
Rosemary sprig, to garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain, and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange wheel and rosemary.

Mrs. Claus’ Festive Fizz

 

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Engine 49 Gin
1 oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
¼ oz. cranberry juice
¾ oz. rosemary simple syrup
1 egg white or ½ oz. aquafaba (the liquid from canned or boxed legumes such as white beans or chickpeas)
1 oz. club soda, to top
2 oz. canned coconut milk
1 1/2 oz. coconut cream
1 1/2 oz. coconut rum
Rosemary sprig, to garnish
Fresh cranberries, to garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Add gin, lemon juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker. Shake without ice for about 15 seconds. Then, add a few ice cubes and shake until well-chilled or the shaker is frosted.
Next, double strain into a chilled Collins glass.
Top with club soda.

●        1 ½ oz. Eau De Vie (Pear Brandy)

●        ¾ oz. orange juice, freshly squeezed

●        ½ oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

●        1 oz. grenadine

●        2 dashes ground cinnamon

●        Cinnamon stick, to garnish

●        Pear slice, to garnish

 

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until frosted. Strain into a punch glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick and pear slice.

Rudolph’s Red Nose

Rudolph’s Red Nose

 

●        2 oz. Darjeeling Gin

●        ½ oz. cherry liqueur

●        ½ oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

●        ¼ oz. allspice dram

●        ¼ tsp. light brown sugar

●        1 cocktail cherry, to garnish

 

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or other wide-mouth glass. Garnish with a cherry on a cocktail pick to replicate Rudolph’s red nose.
