Partners and Founders Tim Daniel and Dustin Russell Operate Outbreak Brewing Co. located at 640 Main Street in Old Hangtown Placerville, California. Outbreak was founded in April of 2015 and started its roots as The Brewers Barn, a home beer and wine making shop, in 2012. Dustin and Tim are locals born and raised. Tim and Dustin built the brewery in a way that would that might be similar to an old fashioned barn raising. Utilizing the surrounding local materials, friends, and family Outbreak was built on a small budget with a big heart. The brew house is fitted with a 7 Barrel Brewhouse specializing in various styles of beer such as award winning Sabotauge a west coast style IPA, Imperial Stouts, Barrel aged concoctions, house made sodas and more. Outbreak has also become a home for musicians and beer lovers alike. You can find music every Thursday for Open Mic Night, as well as Friday and Saturday Nights.
