Christeen Reeg, a partner with Pacific Investment Consultants, is proud to be a part of the Placerville community. “I am genuinely pleased to be a part of this community,” she said.

Reeg, who is a wealth manager/financial advisor, said she has lived and worked in the area for many years.

“In 1973 we bought a pear ranch on Highway 49 and built the first red shack,” she said. “At the same time, I was working for Wells Fargo Bank on Placerville Drive. I was with the bank for several years, eventually becoming one of their managers.”

After 20 years in banking, she began her career as an independent financial advisor in 1993.

“I now have an office on Main Street by the Bell Tower and another office in Folsom,” she said.

For Reeg, financial work has always been in her veins. Even as a child, she dreamed of working with money.

“I’ve wanted to do this since I was ten years old,” she said. “Once I graduated from high school, I started working in banking and continued my education all the way through to get my graduate degree in banking. So it’s something that I’ve always been inspired to do – to help people realize their dreams.”

Reeg, who lives in Cameron Park, is very involved in the community and serves on the Marshall Hospital Board. In the past, she served on the El Dorado Community Foundation Board, the Snowline Hospice Board and Los Rios Community College Foundation.

Reeg would like her legacy to be that she made a difference in the lives of her family, clients, and the community.

“Every day I pray for my faith to work through me so I may touch people’s lives. That’s what I live by,” she said.
