Nikki Ozawa began baking at the young age of three! She became a cat mom at age seven. She celebrates both her love of baking and all things feline through her custom bakery Baker & A Black Cat. After graduating with high honors from Le Cordon Bleu, she was a cast member at Epcot Bakery in Walt Disney World.  Nikki’s delicious and elegant scratch-made cakes are specifically designed for your occasion.  When not decorating cakes, she can be found cuddling her not-black-but-orange cat Gambit, reading, and attempting to catch up on her Netflix queue.
