Western Slope Health Center is one of the finest skilled nursing facilities in Northern California. Utilizing 24/7 RNs and a team of 7 therapists, we provide in-patient physical rehabilitation and around the clock skilled nursing care.

We are the only skilled nursing facility in El Dorado and Amador Counties utilizing ACP (Accelerated Care Plus) which includes OmniVR™  Virtual Reality Rehabilitation equipment,  Omnicycle™ Motorized Rehabilitation System and ACP Therapeutic Modalities: Electrical Stimulation, Patterned Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation (PENS), Therapeutic Ultrasound and Shortwave Diathermy. 

Our Nursing Team strives to provide the most caring and healing environment possible to ensure the best quality of care for our residents and community. We offer a wide variety of Nursing services including IV therapy, G-Tubes, NG Tubes, PEG tubes, GJ Tubes, TPN, Diabetic management, Wound Care; including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), as well as having 3 full time Skin, Wound, Ostomy, certified Nurses (SWOC).
