Cameron Park Community Services District: Harvest Happenings

Put on your costumes and head to Cameron Park Lake for an afternoon of fabboolous fun at the Halloween Carnival/Pumpkin Patch on October 20. From 1:30-4 p.m., ages 2-12 will enjoy old-fashioned carnival games, prizes, crafts, food, and refreshments. 

Artists and crafters applications are being accepted for the Christmas Craft Faire on November 17 at the Community Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Events for mature adults this month include bridge on Monday at 1 p.m. and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., bingo on October 9 from 1-3 p.m., and a Senior Nutrition Lunch every Monday and Friday at noon. The 50+ Room is open on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for games like Mexican train, pinochle, and cribbage, among other activities. Tai chi, modified Zumba, and chair yoga classes are also available.

Get moving with a course in ballet, hula, taekwondo, gymnastics, tumbling/trampoline, or tennis; hunter safety and fishing programs are available, too.
