Partners, Tim Daniel, Dustin Russell and Kris Zabish operate Outbreak Brewing, a small brewery and tasting room located at 640 Main Street in Placerville, California only feet from the ruins of Zeiss Brewing. We started the journey in 2012 at The Brewers Barn, our homebrew and wine making supply shop. Many of the relationships that we have now have come from our days in the homebrew shop. We acquired our brewery location in April of 2015 and soon after began the process to turn it in to what it is today. The brewhouse is a 7 Barrel system built by Grass Valley's Brewbilt Manufacturing and our fermenters came from Apex Brewing Supply located in Loomis, CA. Our demand has been so great that we've recently purchased 3 new 15 barrel tanks which will satisfy our local tasting room, restaurants, as well as our up and coming can releases!  We specialize in many different styles of beer but the goal has always been to make fine drinkable beverages for all to enjoy.
