FIT4MOM Folsom Lake celebrated one year of pre- and post-natal fitness and community with more than 55 moms and their children. Following a Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre workout, kiddos enjoyed interactive playgroup activities while moms participated in a partner marketplace and raffle giveaways, followed by a Folsom Chamber ribbon cutting.
