Tiara has always dreamed of having her own fitness studio. At an early age she developed a passion for working out, later becoming a personal trainer. In May 2017 she opened her own studio in Granite Bay specializing in small groups with an emphasis on a supportive environment that fosters individual growth, confidence and self esteem.

Body contouring and shedding pounds is hard work so Tiara develops challenges to motivate her clients. The best part, she reports, is watching client’s bodies change, accompanied by a feeling of empowerment and accomplishment. Tiara’s clients are her most important resource.
