This 12th annual event, presented by Style Magazine and Whole Foods Market, had the largest turnout yet, and featured pumpkin painting, bounce houses, hot dogs, train rides and zoo entry—all for free—in addition to vendor booths, entertainment, all-day raffle prizes and “Healthy Folsom.”
