Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?
We provide mail handling services for both local and online customers in a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. Red Dot definitely found me. I didn’t have time to manage my own mail and saw the need to provide a mail handling service for all individuals.
How are you involved with both the community and your customer?
Red Dot helps give back to the community by providing a streamlined manner to handle personal/commercial mail, thus allowing individuals to partake in other pertinent matters. From time to time, our customers will notify us of a personal or special piece of mail they’re expecting, and we make it a point to look out for that package as if it were our own and alert the customer via email of its arrival.
Why is your staff the best in the business?
We make it a point to treat our customers like family and provide a welcoming environment where they can discuss their mail concerns yet private enough where they can open mail at their convenience.
What’s your favorite local business other than your own?
Make a Smile Children's Dental. They understand the importance of catering to customers’ needs and do their part in giving back by participating in events such as Adopt a Family, Christmas Giving Tree, and Back to School Backpack.

Our motivation to provide the utmost care and attention to our clients. It’s also the reason we continue to grow and stay in business, since most of our customers come to us by word of mouth.
