Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

We are a full-service design firm with the best construction crew in the business, and offer remodeling, renovation home flips, commercial design, a color specialist, new home construction, additions, flooring and window treatments, plus furniture and décor accessories. Our professional team has been featured on TV and in publications. I had always been extremely creative, and give credit to my private education where I received the initial training and developed a love of the arts and an eye for color and composition and design. Early on in my career, I was a guidance counselor; after being published in one local design show, Fabulous Finishes took off! I received corporate sponsors, and the rest is history. I’m so blessed to have a company—located in the community I call home—that’s been in business for over 26 years, and still going strong!  

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why? 

My parents—all four of them. They are successful entrepreneurs and taught me to have a strong work ethic, creativity, morals, leadership, compassion and faith; what’s more, they’ve given me the guidance and foundation to be the successful woman I am today.

What’s your biggest job perk?

The flexibility to be with my husband and travel, in addition to working with fabulous people and making their dreams come true.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Visconti’s Ristorante. It’s a family-owned business that treats you like family, and their food is the best! 

And finally, customer service is…?

The most important attribute in my firm. We all take great pride in making sure our clients have the most amazing and over-the-top experience working with us. “Creating beautiful environments for people to work and live in” has been the key to a successful business for over 26 years.
