1. Fabulous. This app describes itself as a science-based app that will help you build healthy rituals into your life. Available on Google Play. 


2.  iCare Health Monitor. This app measures blood pressure, heart rate, vision, hearing and breath rate—all on your phone. Available for iOS and Android. 


3.  Fooducate. This app scans barcodes of grocery items, and shows you sugar content, MSG, GMOs, trans fats and more, and also tracks hunger, mood and sleep. Available for iOS and Android. 


4. Fitnet. This app provides five- and seven-minute targeted workouts for busy people. It also uses your phone camera to measure how closely you follow the moves shown on screen. Available for iOS and Android. 


5. Happify. This app will maintain your emotional health with tracks that include quick daily activities including games, mindful meditations and assessments. Available for iOS and Android.
