Yoga Sculpt at Body Heat Hot Pilates and Yoga. Tone and sculpt your muscles by using dumbbells to do a series of poses in a room heated to 100 degrees with a humidity of 40 percent.

But wait... there's more!

FOR KIDS! Tumble Bugs (ages 3.5-4) at Flip 2 It Sports Center. Children participate without parents and work on specialized "just for kids" gymnastics equipment to learn forward rolls, beginning cartwheels, bent arm hangs and more.

Water Fitness at Johnson Ranch Racquet Club. Dive into a heated pool for a workout that lessens the impact on your joints, alleviates pain, increases blood flow and provides a balanced muscular workout.

BodyFit at California Family Fitness. Receive accountability, motivation, support and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this dynamic small-group personal training environment that's appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

Orange 60 at Orangetheory Fitness Roseville. These 60-minute workout sessions split into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training with heart rate monitors are meant to track intensity and maximize metabolic burn, increasing energy and burning more calories, long after you leave.
