in no particular order...

The Scampi Fiorentina from Papa Gianni’s is full of plump, tender prawns (no skimping on the scampi here!), and seasoned with just the right amount of fresh garlic and parsley. The light cream sauce coats the fettuccini in all kinds of wonderful ways, making this dish one of the most decadent I’ve ever tasted.”

“How can you go wrong when you mix bacon, artichoke hearts, grilled chicken, tomatoes and smoked Gouda sauce with pasta? You can’t, which is why the Chicken Cavatappi at Bricks Eats & Drinks is a family-favorite. The accompanying slice of garlic bread is a nice touch, too!”

“Snooty Frog makes a Chicken Linguini that’s out of this world. Mushrooms and grilled chicken are bathed in a creamy, rich Alfredo sauce that’s good enough to consume by the spoonful.”

“As a ravioli aficionado, I can honestly say that the Confetti Ravioli—scratch-made pockets of dough stuffed with roasted bell peppers, onions, zucchini, spinach and garlic, then tossed with pesto pomodoro—from Heyday Café is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Filling without being overly heavy, it’s truly divine.”

“The Spicy Pork Pasta at Smith Flat House is a dish not to be missed. Chorizo, pork and wild mushrooms are mixed with zingy tomato cream sauce and fresh-made pasta resulting in dinner fit for a king!”
