Foothill Dog Rescue's Bow Wow Block Party August 22

Foothill Dog Rescue is hosting their “Bow Wow Block Party” event August 22, from 5-10 p.m. at 4131 S. Shingle Rd. in Shingle Springs.
There will be a wide-variety of food trucks, live bands, a bounce house, silent auction, raffle prizes, an open house of the rescue facilities, information about the rescue, craft/boutique vendors and more.
Food truck menus will include pizzas, burgers, fries, Mexican food and delectable desserts.
All aspects of the event benefit Foothill Dog Rescue.
Join them for an evening of fun and also help Foothill Dog Rescue, which has saved over 850 dogs since 2013 from high-kill shelters. Their 100% volunteer-based, nonprofit organization relies on events such as this to fund the facilities and resources necessary to saving dogs’ lives.
It’s free to enter the event. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
