Bambi’s Nursery/Zittel Farms, 6781 Oak Ave., Folsom

Bambi’s Nursery/Sleepy Hollow Pumpkin Patch, 210 S. Harding Blvd., Roseville

Harris Tree Farm, 2640 Blair Rd., Pollock Pines

At Harris Tree Farm, you’ll find Silver Tip, White Fir, Pine, Cedar, Douglas Fir and Grand Fir, along with other wreaths and ornaments. The Flower Farm, 4150 Auburn Folsom Rd., Loomis

The Flower Farm is a bed and breakfast, coffee house and nursery to Christmas trees during this time of the year. Sales begin the day after Thanksgiving and they offer premium Noble Firs and Silver Tips ranging from 3 feet to 13 feet. Part of the proceeds from these sales will benefit Placer Elementary School. Prenderosa Christmas Tree Farm, 5301 CA HW 49, El Dorado

Choose from Fir, Pine, Spruce, Cedar and Sequoia and then chop a tree down yourself, with paraphernalia provided by Prenderosa Farm. Or, pick out a Noble, Nordmann or Grand Fir and have them cut it for you. Sizes range from tabletop to 12 feet. McGee Christmas Tree Farm, 3131, Carson Rd., Placerville

Pick out an eco-friendly Christmas tree this year by heading down to McGee Christmas Tree Farm that boasts of an eco-friendly harvesting technique that allows a new tree to grow from the same base you cut your tree from.
