Since 2003, Miller Heating & Air has been a small, family-owned business. We decided to start our own business because we know how important family is, and by having our own business we get to help others as a family.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We value and care for our customers as if they were our family. We take the time to listen to each and every client, and pride ourselves on good quality work and service.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Having a great family is the best.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

We enjoy taking a walk and talking about things that make us laugh. As the saying goes, “Laughter is the best medicine.”

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

We enjoy trying new places, but if our kids had to pick it would be between Jimboy’s Tacos and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers.

Where do you and your family go locally to have fun?

We love to go to our kids’ sporting events; we are their biggest fans!

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

We enjoy local holiday events, from searching for Easter eggs in the park to the tree lighting ceremony at Christmas.

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

The family businesses in our area are all great, from food to floral shops.

And finally, customer service is…?

Customer service is everything! We are all customers in our own lives, and we treat our customers like we would want to be treated – caring and patient with a positive attitude.
