Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

At Renew Skincare Studio, my passion is to help people achieve and maintain healthy skin. Every facial is customized for each client, on every visit, making it a truly personalized experience. Clients have the option of choosing from various “touch therapies” for the massage portion of their facial or selecting an additional one. Along with skin care, I offer gentle facial and body waxing as well as body treatments. Your skin is a reflection of how you treat it: be good to your skin and it will be good to you.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

Most recently, I was a vendor at the Folsom Family Expo & Wellness Festival and even donated a gift certificate to be raffled off at the event. I also donated gift certificates to the “Hold’em for Habitat” fundraiser, “Tee Up For Teens” golf tournament, and to Mended Little Hearts of Sacramento. Renew Skincare Studio is always willing to give either their time or donations.

What’s your biggest job perk?

The best part of my job is seeing a client’s happiness and increased self-esteem that comes from addressing their skin issue, whether it is acne, aging or hyperpigmentation.

And finally, customer service is…?

Customer service is more than just a friendly smile and an offer of help – every aspect of the customer’s experience should be included. It is about going above and beyond to exceed the client’s expectations. Good customer service is about bringing customers back by sending them away happy. My philosophy is to develop a personal relationship and provide a positive, personalized experience for each client by listening to and truly understanding their needs, and then exceeding on the delivery of those needs. I also believe in accommodating clients and their hectic schedules; therefore, I am open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
