How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

We exist to advance the academic goals of students of all ages. We are excited to partner with public, private and home school communities to support learning. Our individualized instruction and customized curricula meet the varied needs of beginning readers through adult-college students.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We are the best because we are committed to measured results that will be demonstrated through regular internal assessments as well as standardized tests such as STAR and SAT exams.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

I appreciate Mrs. Mitchell, my English teacher in high school and a California State University, Sacramento graduate. She was honest and did not sugarcoat the truth. She made literature interesting; commanded the attention of her students in class; and conveyed to her students the quality of their work. Thank you Joyce Mitchell!

And finally, customer service is…?

The term “customer service” is worn out, frankly. It seems that the original meaning has been lost. For us, it starts with the small things: meet your client with a smile, offer a beverage, listen to their words carefully, and find the true message. In our business, customer service is looking at the whole person, accommodating the other demands of the schedule, while obtaining the desired result! We can teach anyone to read and we take the responsibility of such a contribution seriously.

Do you know that our editorial is not paid for, nor can it be purchased? In fact, our Introducing and Dine reviews are not paid advertisements. If you’d like your business profiled, please email Wendy Sipple at [email protected]. Once we determine when your business will be featured, we will contact you to schedule a time to come out and take a photograph. Thank you!
