Describe your business.

Perfecto Lounge is the ONLY location in the greater Sacramento region where you can enjoy premium cigars, fine wines and handcrafted microbrews…all under one roof!

What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from the experience?

My first job was selling insurance to small businesses. I immediately appreciated how hard sole proprietors worked to keep their businesses afloat. The most important thing I learned was to forget about “selling” and concentrate on what the needs of the customer were, and then offer services only if I improved their situation.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

Perfecto Lounge will be sending care packages of cigars to a different overseas command every month. We want our men and women in uniform to be able to celebrate whatever victory they achieve…whether it’s the completion of a major campaign or simply making it back alive that day. We encourage all patrons to donate a cigar or two for this great cause.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We bring over 100 years of combined experience as cigar lovers, as well as a passion for what we offer to each and every patron. Do we know everything? Absolutely not. We are always looking for more information and opinions to pass along to other customers.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

Gene Simmons is a terrific role model as he took his passion and turned it into a multi-million dollar franchise…all while sober. He is also one incredible family man.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Granite’s Wings & Grill is located right next door and offers the absolute BEST sandwiches…they’re huge!

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

The Owl Club in Historic Roseville is great. The new owner is doing a great job of bringing a sophisticated and fun dance environment that is sorely missing.

And finally, customer service is…?

The ability to provide customers with a unique experience in a comfortable and friendly environment at great prices.
