Congratulations to the winning student artists who were recently awarded at the Roseville Arts’ 29th Annual High School Student Show at the Blue Line Gallery. Best of Show went to Nick Stephensen from Woodcreek High School for his graphite and colored pencil piece entitled, “Artistic Collapse.”
