Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Revolutions Natural Medical Solutions is a full-service naturopathic medical clinic, and the realization of my biggest dream. When I was applying to medical schools, I had the intention of learning natural medicine through native peoples and then bring this information back to the medical community, after school. In researching schools, I found that there were programs already in existence that taught natural therapies in addition to Western medicine. I then found my path.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

Our doctors spend a good amount of time with our patients, educating them about their own health. We take the time to get to know our patients very personally and become a key influence in guiding them towards their health goals.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

Our doctors spend as much time with our patients as they need to in order to make them feel comfortable and confident with their treatment plan. Our front office staff is friendly and will go out of their way to meet our patients’ needs. Our clinic is designed for patients to feel safe, calm and comfortable. We want you to come to the doctor and leave feeling better.

What’s your biggest job perk?

My biggest job perk is seeing patients who originally come to us with major health concerns and return feeling healthy. I have the joy of hearing stories and seeing pictures of the travels of the patients who were unable to live high-functioning, quality lives before coming to see us. My biggest job perk is getting to change lives. Patients who come to us sick and run down, leave feeling healthier and, as a side effect, look and feel younger.

And finally, customer service is…?

Customer service is giving people their health. Helping the insomniac sleep; giving the eczema patient smooth skin; helping the obese lose weight; decreasing the diabetic’s neuropathy; eliminating migraines; easing menopausal symptoms, etc.
