Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

As a real estate professional, my goal is to provide the information and personal service needed to bring about the highest quality and greatest value in my clients’ goals, whether it is in their search for a new home and community and/or relocation assistance.

What was your vision when you first started your business, and what is it now?

My vision and focus is as it was when I first became a full-time Realtor, approximately 18 years ago, and continues to mature with experience, continued education, and responsibilities with my clients’ distinct needs. The development of relationships is such a valuable and intricate part when offering guidance in a client's real estate transaction, both in the purchase and/or sale of their home. As a result, referrals flow with confidence from those relationships built over the years.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

When we first moved to Folsom in 1990 (relocated from West Linn, OR), we felt very much at home. Wanting to be part of the community, I joined the Folsom Chamber of Commerce, and shortly thereafter, became an ambassador, which I might add has been the best investment and involvement of my time in this great community. Networking with the business community has provided a wonderful source of services and referrals to my clients’ requests. It is a win-win for everyone!

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

My parents were fantastic role models; they set the high standards for work ethics, respect and loving life. I consider myself very fortunate and truly blessed.

And finally, customer service is…?

It is a benefit and goal in supporting your relationship with your clients; nothing could be more valuable.
