Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

We help homeowners realize their dreams of a warm and welcoming environment through staging, organizing and interior re-design. In February 2007, my two partners and I started the company. We were compelled to bring hope and direction to people who felt overwhelmed by clutter in their homes. We also wanted to share our love of home interior re-design.

What was your vision when you first started your business, and what is it now?

My vision is to reach people in their most intimate places (their homes) during some of their most vulnerable moments in life, give them hope and reassurance that although their homes might appear to be a total wreck, they are not. My greatest wish is to inspire others to have a healthier, happier lifestyle. I also want to help them gain control over their environment through organization and realize their hidden creative style. This vision has grown exponentially – we now produce a weekly newsletter titled “In Touch – Organizational Tips for Home and Hearth” to help individuals and the greater community. Anyone can sign up for this free publication.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I volunteer in the community through my affiliation with the Sacramento Chapter of National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). I am a member of Citizens Advocating for Safe and Healthy Youth (CASHY) at Granite Bay High School. I also participate in the women’s ministry at Bayside Church in Granite Bay.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

It all comes down to the heart. We truly care about and respect our clients. With our experience and talent we give our all and aim for the highest and best outcome for our customers.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Raising my two sons and watching them become the men who they are called to be.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

The only perfect role model in life is Jesus, anything less would be missing the mark!

And finally, customer service is…?

Connecting with the heart of the client, in addition to executing a plan, and then going that extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.

Do you know that our editorials are not paid for, nor can they be be purchased? In fact, our Introducing and Dining reviews are not paid advertisements. If you'd like your business profiled, please email Wendy at [email protected] and ask her to send you the Introducing Questionnaire. Once we determine when your business will be featured, we will contact you to schedule a time to come out and take a photograph. Thank you!
