2005 Primus Vineyards Sierra Foothills Merlot

Tom Brown, the Proprietor of Primus Vineyards El Dorado County's Camino, has nurtured a fledgling winery over the past five years and in my opinion, made it into the only “cult” winery in the entire Sierra Foothills! His wines have fetched over $1700 per bottle at auction and sell out normally within three weeks of release! Tom believes that his cost should not be a factor, so no expense is spared in the production of his wines. The 2005 Sierra Foothills Merlot is one of the finest Merlots you will ever taste, including anything from Napa or France. Tom’s small block of Merlot on a north face of his estate produces a Merlot that is so lush and balanced – it is nothing short of amazing.

Available only at the winery, you will count yourself among actors, celebrities and wine aficionados of the world who enjoy Primus Vineyards wines!

Editors note: The same 2005 Primus Vineyards Merlot will be available, but with a new name: 2005 ParaVí Vineyards Merlot.
