Second El Dorado Hills Man Charged in Folsom Shooting

A second El Dorado Hills man has been arrested in an early Sunday morning shooting outside a Sutter Street bar in Folsom.
Police arrested Greg Scott Ashman, 26, Wednesday in Reno, Nevada after obtaining a warrant for his arrest. Though Folsom Police released few details, they said they learned of Ashman's alleged involvement in the shooting through their investigation.
Police arrested Frank Vincent Sierras, 24, of El Dorado Hills on Sunday just hours after the 12:45 a.m. shooting that left a 30-year-old Folsom man in critical condition. Sierras is charged with attempted murder.
Sierras is being held on $1 million bail in the Sacramento County Jail. Ashman is being held without bail in the Washoe County Jail pending his extradition to California, according to police.
