On Friday, December 13th at 6pm, the recently opened Blue Ruby Farm–a regenerative farmstay in the Sierra Foothills where guests immerse themselves in nature, community, and mindful living–is hosting a delicious Holiday Wine Bar. Crafted by Chef Paul, a Chez Panisse alum, the menu for the evening ($70/per person) features a tomato, onion, and cheese galette, a spit-roasted Mountain Bloom Mangalitsa pork loin, fermented vegetables, and an apple Charlotte Flambé, along with local wine pairings.
