“Friday Night Flights”

September 6th from 4-8pm

We will be serving the following 3 Pairings for $45 per person and Wine Club $35

Come tantalize your taste buds with Our Friday Night Flights featuring the following pairings:

Cold Water Lobster Scampi paired with 2023 Picpoul Blanc. Sliced Cold Water Lobster, sautéed w/ Shallots, Garlic, and Butter. Then Tossed with Penne Pasta, and Parmesan Cream. Garnished with Fresh Chives & Parsley.

3 Tier Portobello Lasagna paired with 2019 Tiger Lily Cabernet Sauvignon.. Similar to the Italian Flag Each Layer of mushroom is coated with Pesto, Marinara, or Lemon Ricotta Sauces then Stacked and Roasted together with Fresh Mozzarella and Finished with Sundried Tomato Pesto, and Basil Chiffonade.

Mosaic Matcha Salmon Loin paired with 2023 Grenache Rose. Salmon Strips rolled in Ceremonial Grade Matcha Tea Powder, then compressed and sous vide. The Mosaic Matcha Salmon is served with a Preserved Lemon Saffron Cream.

Each Guest must purchase their own ticket for the flight.

Wine by the glass or bottle for purchase.
