ARC's New Education Center Grand Opening

On March 1st, join American River Conservancy and guests for the grand opening celebration of the new outdoor Education Center at landmark Wakamatsu Farm. Enjoy words of gratitude, music, poetry readings, light refreshments, and more. See the new pavilion-style structure, including the Donor Tree installation recognizing large donors for phase 1 completion of the building. During this event, we will also install the newest plaques for notified recipients on the Donor Wall of Honor.

Your confirmation email will contain the map and parking details.

This casual event will occur rain or shine, outdoors, and inside our new open-structure building. Please check the weather forecast, and wear suitable attire for the elements. Sturdy footwear is highly recommended, particularly for a walk to Okeisan's grave, around the lake trail, native plant garden, and other outdoor spaces. Refreshments will be offered.
