Free Community Yoga Offered at Fountains
These outdoor sessions include an introduction to the practice of yoga including deep breathing and fun movements for ALL bodies, shapes and levels. Led by premiere teachers of the Award-Winning studio, Breathe and Balance Yoga of Lincoln, the sessions are intended to bring the community together in a fun, uplifting way.
Come for the peace, stay for the friendship. Please bring water, a mat, and a friend – or make new ones!
