During this 5-day camp, participants will be introduced to basic hand-sewing techniques with all of the essential supplies: fabric, needle and thread. Participants will learn the safety precautions before manipulating textiles to create their own hand-sewn projects and will learn how to use a sewing machine to create mini animal pillows, designing a drawstring bag, a symmetrical art quilt square and more! Space is limited to 15 participants. Each participant will be provided with their own workstation. All materials and instruction are included in session price. There will be a 15 minute break outdoors and a light snack will be provided each day.
