Jessica Erickson was born a Nature lover. She worked as a water scientist for 27 years before answering her other calling to health and wellness. Jessica began her studies at the California College of Ayurveda in 2019. First was the Ayurvedic Health Counselor I, next was Marma Therapy and last year she completed the Yoga Nidra Teacher Training. She has been leading Yoga Nidra at retreats and she is excited to bring Yoga Nidra to a larger community through Create Community Yoga on Tuesdays from 6-7 PM.
