Face in a Book in El Dorado Hills is celebrating Independent Bookstore Day on Saturday, April 24th! From 11-noon, you can meet Corgis Bryn and Emma, who run our Read to the Dogs program (and our hearts). Enjoy music by acoustic guitarist Pete Schroeder from noon-2. Meet two terrific mystery writers, Claire Booth and James L'Etoile, from 2-3. And stop by for our How to Decorate With Books demo from 3-4. Treats and giveaways all day. Events will be held outdoors, with mask and social distancing guidelines.
