Folsom Event: Harris Center presents Seamus Egan on St. Patrick's Day – EVENT CANCELLED

A prodigy in the true sense of the word — he won four All-Ireland Championships on four different instruments by the age of 14 — Seamus Egan was the founding member of the seminal band Solas. As a composer, he was behind the soundtrack for the award-winning film The Brothers McMullen and co-wrote Sarah McLachlan’s “Weep Not for the Memories.” Nowadays, he performs songs from across his career, along with songs he’s neither recorded or performed. And he does it all on Irish flute, tenor banjo, guitar, mandolin, tin whistle, and low whistle, among others. A St. Patrick’s Day performance not to be missed.
