Sacramento Event – Jazz Night: Kim Nalley

At the Crocker Art Museum

Sacramento’s longest-running summer jazz series is tuning up and turning out in 2019 with premier performances on fourth Thursdays, June through September in the Crocker’s outdoor courtyard.

Bay Area legend and international performer Kim Nalley “has pipes to burn and works the stage like she means it” (San Francisco Chronicle). She and her band heat up this summer’s concert series with a performance evoking the legendary divas of American jazz.

Along with the concert, attendees can enjoy all the Museum has to offer, including special exhibitions, gallery talks, the Museum Store, and dinner and drinks at the Crocker Cafe by Supper Club. Please, no outside food or beverages (excluding water). This summer’s prelude music will be provided by the Beth Duncan Quartet on the Café Stage from 5:30 to 6:15 PM. For the best seat in the house, bring your own chair. There is limited seating provided, standing room to mingle, and plenty of space to dance.

Make it a party: reserve a round table for eight people under the shade of an umbrella to enjoy the show, just $50 while available! Click HERE to reserve yours now.
